3) The Pre-Approval - A mortgage professional will help to determine your price range and will provide you with pre-approval documents that will help with your offer on a home. Upon your request, Connelly-Newman Realty's agents will refer you to a mortgage professional.
4) The Offer - Once you find the perfect home, our agents will construct the offer and help to determine the right contingencies including but not limited to price, deposits, settlement date and inspections.
5) The Inspections - Connelly-Newman Realty has your best interests in mind and we will help set up the home, termite and radon inspections, as well as discussing other options including lead inspections, sewer inspections, water inspections and mold depending on the homes location.
6) The Appraisal – The lender will send out an appraiser to determine the value of the home.
7) The Financing - The Buyer must get all necessary documents to the lender in a timely fashion to secure a loan. The Buyer will also need to purchase home owner's insurance in order to attain a loan.
8) Title Insurance - The Buyer will have to purchase title insurance to ensure good title on the property.
9) The Closing - When everything has been completed the Buyer and Seller attend the closing to sign documents, exchange keys and tie up any loose ends.
